Job summary

Certara USA, Inc. seeks a Manager to handle SEC reporting and internal management reporting. You will coordinate quarterly and annual close, prepare footnotes and MD&A, and support KPI reporting used by leadership.

You will collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, SEC reporting, and external auditors, translating financial results into clear narratives and driving process improvements across reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 5–8 years progressive experience in accounting or financial reporting with SEC exposure

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, proxy materials) and related financial statements
• Coordinate close cycles with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and external auditors to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Develop internal management reporting packages and KPI dashboards for leadership
• Support SOX internal controls and process improvements in reporting tooling and workflows
• Act as a liaison to ensure consistency between close, external filings, and management narratives
