Certara, in the Greater Philadelphia area, seeks a Manager, Financial Reporting to oversee quarterly and annual SEC filings while strengthening internal management reporting. You’ll partner with Accounting, FP&A, SEC reporting, and BU finance leaders to translate results into clear narratives for leaders and investors.

This dual role covers external reporting, internal KPI packages, board materials, and a focus on SOX controls.

Formación

• Experience with SEC reporting and external filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and consolidation principles.
• Experience building internal management reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Ability to translate financial results into clear narratives for leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support schedules for SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, proxy materials).
• Coordinate quarterly and annual close with Accounting, FP&A, Legal and auditors.
• Monitor SEC/FASB guidance and implement new disclosure requirements.
• Support external audit process and respond to auditor requests.
