Certara is seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting to drive the mechanics of quarterly and annual SEC filings and to run the ongoing rhythm of internal management reporting. You will partner with Accounting, FP&A, SEC reporting, and business-unit finance leaders to create clear, decision-ready narratives for leadership and for external filings.

The role involves supporting external audit, monitoring SEC guidance, and leading KPI and board reporting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA strongly preferred
• 5–8 years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience with exposure to SEC reporting

Responsabilités

• Provide support for quarterly/annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, proxy materials) and external audits
• Coordinate close cycles and prepare internal management reporting packages
• Develop KPI reporting and board materials, translating financial results into clear narratives
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and improve controls (SOX)
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Legal, and external auditors to ensure accurate disclosures
