Job summary

CFS in Seven Hills, OH is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead the development, analysis, and delivery of key financial reports. You will work with FP&A and cross-functional teams to ensure reporting integrity, drive process improvements, and support automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or accounting.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and communicate insights.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

• Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
• Oversee day-to-day reporting functions to meet deadlines and business needs.

• Perform ad hoc analysis and support special projects for leadership teams.
• Partner with FP&A to deliver insights that inform planning and forecasting.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting workflows, tools, and automation.
