Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial reporting, FP&A, or accounting.
• Experience mentoring or managing team members is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau a plus).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage daily reporting operations and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Ensure accuracy and quality of all financial reports through review and validation.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and projects for leadership and partners.
• Support FP&A with reporting insights and strategic analysis.
• Identify and implement improvements to reporting processes and automation.
• Collaborate with data and systems teams to enhance reporting integration.
• Train and support team members and end users on reporting tools and dashboards.
• Provide ongoing support to leadership on financial reporting deliverables.
