Job summary

Ringside Talent Acquisition Partners seeks a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis in Cleveland, OH. The role leads budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning, developing models to guide strategy and operational decisions.

You will analyze performance, present to senior leadership, and mentor FP&A analysts while driving efficiency across planning tools in a hybrid Cleveland setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA a plus.
• 5+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Prior experience managing or mentoring team members preferred.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Analyze business performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including variance analysis.
• Partner with department leaders to build budgets and monitor performance against targets.
• Present financial results and forecasts to senior leadership.
