Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager in Seven Hills, OH to lead the development, analysis, and delivery of key financial reports. You will partner with FP&A and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure reporting integrity and drive process improvements.

The role also oversees the reporting team, prioritizes workflows, and contributes to reporting automation and system enhancements, delivering insights to senior leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, FP&A, or accounting.
• Experience leading or mentoring team members preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
• Overse day-to-day reporting functions, ensuring deadlines and business needs are met.
• Review reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before distribution.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and support special projects for leadership teams.
• Partner with FP&A to deliver insights that inform planning and forecasting.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting workflows, tools, and automation.
• Collaborate with data and IT teams to strengthen reporting systems and integrations.
• Mentor team members and provide guidance on reporting tools and best practices.
• Support leadership with ongoing reporting needs and financial initiatives.
