Job summary

Carnival Corporation & plc is seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting in the Miami area to lead the preparation, review and filing of external financial statements under US GAAP and SEC rules. The role coordinates with Corporate Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Investor Relations, Internal Audit and brand teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

You will drive process improvements, oversee the reporting calendar, and mentor senior accountants while leveraging Workiva, automation and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and CPA preferred.
• 6+ years in public accounting or large SEC company with manager-level responsibilities.
• Experience with external financial reporting, SEC filings and internal controls.
• Familiarity with Oracle Financials, Workiva and AI-enabled tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation, review and filing of Form 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and annual reports.
• Manage reporting calendar and coordinate across corporate, brands and teams.
• Drive process improvements using automation and AI-enabled tools.
• Liaise with external auditors and present accounting matters to leadership.
• Support quarterly earnings process and maintain disclosure controls.
