Scope:
The Financial Reporting Manager, Finance will report to the AVP, Finance and will be responsible for leading analysis and accounting related to compensation and benefits, including deferred compensation plans, pension, and stock compensation plans. As part of the Global Controllership team, this role will support Chubb's SEC filings and various accounting projects. The manager will interact with internal stakeholders such as HR and divisional leadership, as well as external parties including auditors and actuaries. This role supervises both direct and indirect staff.
