Job summary

S+H Search is partnering with a growing energy investment organization to hire a Manager of Financial Reporting. The role requires a CPA and commands ownership of the monthly, quarterly and annual close, with leadership across reporting functions.

You will lead U.S. GAAP and IFRS reporting, handle consolidations, JVs, and partnerships, strengthen internal controls, and drive process improvements including AI-enabled efficiency.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license and current certification.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise.
• Experience leading close processes and team oversight.
• Energy sector or energy clients background is a major plus.
