A client of Insight Global is seeking an SEC Reporting Manager to join their corporate accounting team in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the company's external financial reporting process, ensuring all quarterly and annual filings are accurate, compliant, and submitted on time. The SEC Reporting Manager will play a critical role in preparing financial reports for investors and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) while partnering closely with accounting, finance, legal, investor relations, and external audit teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public company reporting and technical accounting, with the ability to analyze complex transactions, prepare financial statement disclosures, and maintain compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations. This person will also support acquisition and divestiture accounting activities, assist with audits, research new accounting guidance, and help drive continuous improvements within the financial reporting process.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, and 6-10 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or audit. Experience working with SEC filings, financial statements, and public company reporting requirements is required. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and advanced Excel knowledge are essential. Experience with Workiva, Hyperion, Essbase, or XBRL is preferred.
