Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA preferred/plus – not required.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting or financial reporting experience (public accounting, industry or a mix).
• Experience leading 1+ reports – indirect or direct review or oversight of others.
• Experience with SEC reporting and/or technical accounting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, and related disclosures).
• Oversee financial statement preparation in accordance with U.S. GAAP and regulatory standards.
• Research and resolve complex accounting matters, including drafting position mem.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to gather and validate financial data for reporting purposes.
• Drive improvements in reporting processes, controls, and documentation.
• Support external audit activities and serve as a key liaison with auditors.
• Assist with implementation of new accounting standards and ensure ongoing compliance.
