Collabera in Houston, TX seeks a Financial Reporting Manager to lead cash flow analysis, manage the XBRL process, and own parts of the MD&A. This direct-hire role reports directly to the client and requires extensive SEC reporting experience.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 8+ years of SEC reporting and financial analysis, and deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP. Compensation ranges from $130k to $150k per year with comprehensive benefits.

Day-to-Day

Must-Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or Finance.

• Experience with specific 10-Q/10-K sections, accounting guidance, and formation of disclosures.
