Overview

Our client is looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Manager. Ideal candidate has public accounting and industry experience with multinational publicly traded company and strong management experience.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage the preparation of SEC filings including Forms 8-K, 10-Q and 10-K.
  • Perform technical reviews of various footnotes and MD&A items.
  • Assist with review of XBRL tagging of financial statements and footnotes.
  • Interact with accounting personnel at all divisions, including senior Management.
  • Manage a team.
  • Complete other various projects and special analysis as assigned.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelors degreee in Accounting is required.
  • CPA required.
  • Minimum 10+ years relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of management experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of SEC Reporting.
  • Public accounting and industry experience with publicly traded company required
  • Strong PC skills and proficiency in Excel.

Work environment: hybrid (3 days in office)
