Job summary

Unity Search Group is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager for our accounting team in Fort Worth. This position will lead external reporting and support technical accounting matters, while driving improvements to reporting processes, documentation, and internal controls.

You will partner with leadership on complex accounting projects and supervise a reporting accountant, mentoring staff to build a strong, compliant reporting function on-site in the Fort Worth area.

Unity Search has partnered with a growing, newly public organization to identify a Financial Reporting Manager for its accounting team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to make a real impact on a growing organization.

The company is located in the north Fort Worth area and are onsite 5 days.

Compensation for this role is expected to be in the range of 125k to 150k base, depending on experience, with bonus eligibility.
