  • Deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely reporting packages, including covenant calculations, lender compliance certificates, and performance dashboards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for PE sponsors and lenders on financial reporting, addressing inquiries and providing detailed variance analyses and supporting data as needed.

  • Partner with the Accounting team during the month-end close to ensure accurate financial results and timely analysis.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of reporting systems, contributing to a data-driven culture across the organization.

Ad Hoc Analysis & Strategic Initiatives

  • Support ad hoc financial analyses, special projects, and strategic initiatives as directed by the Director of FP&A and executive leadership.
  • Provide financial modeling and scenario analysis to support investment decisions, capital allocation, and operational improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or equivalent professional certification preferred).
