DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Financial Reporting Manager assists stakeholders in making informed decisions, by delivering accurate periodic financial reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and often lead the team that interacts with internal and external auditors. He/she ensures that financial reports fairly and accurately reflect the company’s fiscal standing.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• With Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required); Master’s degree & CPA/CA/CMA certification (preferred).
• With 5+ years in accounting or financial reporting, with knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, SEC reporting, and financial audits
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), and with advanced knowledge in Excel, and financial reporting software (Hyperion, Workiva)
• With strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication, and leadership in financial reporting
