A proven leader in manufacturing with a national footprint is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join its corporate accounting team. With a long-standing legacy and a growth-minded leadership team, this is a great opportunity for a reporting-focused accounting professional to play a key role in financial close, internal and external reporting, and compliance support across a multi-entity environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you'll take ownership of financial reporting processes and provide visibility into performance through accurate reporting and insightful analysis. Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating the monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles and ensuring timely delivery of financial statements
• Preparing reports for executive leadership and private equity stakeholders
• Overseeing the consolidation of multiple entities, including foreign currency translation and intercompany eliminations
• Managing account reconciliations and ensuring adherence to GAAP and internal policies
• Supporting internal controls and identifying areas for process improvements or automation
• Assisting with audit requests, board-level reporting, and special projects
• Contributing to system upgrades and future ERP transitions
• Analyzing variances and trends to provide actionable financial insights
• Collaborating with FP&A, tax, and treasury teams to align reporting with business strategy

What You'll Need to Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting
• CPA or public accounting background preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly valued
• Solid understanding of GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team and deadline-driven environment
