Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Reporting Consultant to support our finance team during a critical reporting cycle. This short-term contract role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep experience in financial reporting, compliance, and process improvement—especially within complex, multi-entity environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with internal and external standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of management representation letters (MRLs) and other compliance documentation
• Support reporting for service lines including flexible placement, permanent placement, and consulting services
• Collaborate with FP&A and accounting teams to validate data and reconcile discrepancies.
• Assist in the documentation and refinement of reporting processes and templates.
• Provide support during audits and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as needed.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting or accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and corporate reporting standards.
• Experience with ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in consulting or contract roles preferred
