Job summary

KSB GIW, Inc. in Grovetown, Georgia is seeking a Financial Reporting Analyst to develop, maintain, and optimize enterprise financial reporting solutions across multiple entities, focusing on SAP BI and Analysis for Office.

You will work with Finance, IT, and leadership to support close processes, forecasting, budgeting, and audit requests, ensuring data integrity and standardized reporting. The role emphasizes automation, data governance, and continuous process improvement within SAP S/4HANA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience in financial reporting and ERP reporting.
• Experience with SAP BI, AFO, BW, SAC or similar reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance SAP BI reports and Analysis for Office (AFO) workbooks supporting multiple regional entities and consolidated corporate reporting.
• Support consolidated financial reporting by maintaining standardized report structures and reporting methods across business units.
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, IT, and leadership to identify reporting requirements and develop scalable enterprise reporting solutions.
• Validate financial data across SAP, BI reports, AFO workbooks, and other reporting platforms to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Develop and improve reporting packages supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Utilize SQL to investigate reporting discrepancies and reconcile information between SAP and other systems.
• Create dashboards, automated reports, and KPIs that provide actionable business insights.
• Train and support Finance users on SAP BI, AFO, reporting tools, and best practices.
• Maintain documentation for reporting processes and data governance standards.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests related to financial reporting and controls.
• Collaborate with IT on SAP reporting enhancements, upgrades, testing, and implementation.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency through automation and standardization.
• Promote data governance, reporting consistency, security, and compliance across platforms.
