Job summary

KSB GIW, Inc. in Grovetown, GA seeks a Senior Manager of Finance Analytics and Digital Transformation to lead analytics, automation, and digital initiatives across Finance.

You will develop scalable data tools, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions, partnering with Accounting, Controlling, and IT to improve data quality and timeliness. Qualifications

• Five or more years of progressive experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, controlling, accounting, Finance systems, business intelligence, data analytics, digital transformation, or related areas.
• Hands-on experience with ERP and financial systems, preferably SAP, and with extracting, reconciling, and structuring data from multiple systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and hands-on experience with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Education Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or related discipline; advanced degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
• Experience translating finance requirements into reliable reporting, automation, and data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Finance Reporting Enablement and Analytics: design, maintain, and improve recurring financial and management reporting including dashboards, KPI packages, and templates.
• Extract, transform, and validate data from SAP and BI platforms; establish data flows and documented logic.
• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines and data extraction processes to ensure timely data for reporting, analytics, automation, and AI.
• Build and automate data preparation and reporting for month-end close, forecasting, budgeting, profitability, and KPIs.
• Enable trend analysis and scenario planning through reliable data and analytical models.
• Maintain BI dashboards, self-service reporting tools, and automated data products to reduce manual work.
