The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and hands-on experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems to manage financial processes efficiently. This role will support financial decision-making by providing accurate financial insights, ensuring compliance, improving financial performance, and implementing of S4HANA.**RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Assists in preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports* Performs cost controlling and variance analysis to monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts* Utilizes SAP (FI/CO modules preferred) for financial transactions, reporting, and data analysis* Monitors cost centers, profit centers, and project costs to ensure accurate financial tracking* Assists with month-end and year-end closing processes* Supports internal and external audits by preparing required documentation and reports* Ensures compliance with IFRS and GAAP, internal policies, and regulatory requirements* Supports budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities in collaboration with finance leadership* Collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve financial visibility and operational efficiency* Supports SAP system improvements, reporting enhancements, and financial data integrity* Serves as a technical resource to the accounting staff, sharing knowledge and guidance without formal supervisory responsibilities**QUALIFICATIONS:*** **Education** + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field* **Experience (required)** + 4–6 years of experience in accounting or financial controlling + Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/CO modules preferred)/or other ERP system + Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cost accounting, and budgeting + Advanced Excel skills + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities + Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills + Key competencies include: financial analysis and reporting, cost controlling and variance analysis, SAP/ERP financial systems expertise, budgeting and forecasting, process improvement and internal controls, cross-functional collaboration* **Experience (preferred)** + Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA + Experience working in manufacturing, and corporate finance + Knowledge of ERP reporting tools or BI tools (Power BI, BI, etc.)**PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:*** Primarily desk-type duty*KSB Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
