Job Description
Be a part of the organization that helps service the Fidelity Stock Plan Services (SPS) Financial Reporting team. In this role, you will be the first line of support to a defined client base, helping to provide a platform to acquire their financial reporting requirements related to equity compensation.
Serve as the primary support for SPS’ financial reporting offerings, with a client base typically of 20-25 public companies across all segments. You will be responsible for processing and reporting their financial data according to the client’s schedule, working with clients to establish, implement, and support ad-hoc requests. Developing process benchmarks and standard methodologies is key. You will also train client contacts on using Plan Sponsor Workstation (PSW) and its functionalities, including customized dashboards and Team Workspace. Building long-term relationships with clients to ensure excellent service delivery is essential.
