Job summary

Clay Today is seeking an Accountant, Financial Reporting to manage budgets and grant reporting. You will prepare comprehensive financial statements, monitor ledgers, and ensure audit-ready records for college grants and programs.

Responsibilities include developing budgets, providing routine financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with Uniform Guidance (2 CFR Part 200) and sponsor requirements. Collaboration with leadership and external partners is essential.

Qualifications

• Three years of full-time professional accounting experience required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with major coursework in accounting, business administration, or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development, monitoring, and management of operating, project, and grant budgets.
• Provide financial reporting and analysis; prepare reports for grants and reimbursements.
• Ensure accurate accounting, reconciliations, and audit-ready records; maintain monthly budget reports for grants and projects.

Education

Bachelor's degree in accounting
