Responsibilities

• Participate in pre- and post-award meetings and coordinate grant expenditures.
• Prepare invoices, deposit funds, and ensure compliance with grant guidelines.
• Prepare SEFA and other fiscal reports for sponsored programs.
• Reconcile grant receivables and indirect cost revenue; support audits.
• Maintain grant fiscal records and assist time/effort reporting.
