Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Financial Reporting Accountant in Houston to own quarterly and annual reporting across multiple entities. Base salary is $110,000 to $120,000 plus a 25% annual bonus, with a strong emphasis on U.S. GAAP and external audit support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports across multiple entities.
• Manage the reporting process from trial balance through financial statement preparation.
• Review and oversee journal entries, top-side adjustments, and account reconciliations.
• Lead audit support, coordination, and preparation activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements within financial reporting functions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on reporting, analytics, and finance transformation initiatives.
