Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker to help customers achieve their financial goals. You will retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying needs and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking services.

In this role, you will deliver excellent service, educate customers on online and mobile banking, and collaborate with partners to deepen relationships while adhering to regulatory requirements and bank policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Background check requirements including fingerprints per NMLS regulations.
• Bachelor's degree and 1+ year sales in banking or financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate customers on bank products and online/mobile banking.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, policies, and bank technology.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies; perform other duties as assigned.
