Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier is seeking a Financial Manager to provide financial readiness counseling and education to New Hampshire National Guard Service Members and Families. This role covers budgeting, debt management, retirement planning, and understanding military pay, benefits, and entitlements through personalized planning.

Qualifications

• Current CFP or CFA certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional financial planning or counseling.
• Able to obtain government credentials and complete background screening.
• Must be eligible to obtain CAC and pass required security checks.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized financial counseling and education to NH National Guard Service Members and Families.
• Develop budgets, debt management strategies, savings plans, and long-term financial goals.
• Advise on military pay, benefits, retirement, TSP, Social Security, and education benefits.
• Deliver financial readiness briefings for recruits, units, retirees, and other groups.
• Create educational materials and financial readiness content on retirement and benefits.
• Maintain confidential client records and ensure privacy compliance.
