Interactive Government Holdings, Inc. (IGH) seeks a Financial Counselor for the New Hampshire National Guard's Military Readiness Support Services.

The role delivers confidential, mission-focused personal financial counseling to Service Members, families, and eligible participants, covering budgeting, debt management, pay entitlements, and retirement planning. Qualifications

• CFP or CFA certification required.
• Strong understanding of personal financial management, military pay/benefits, debt issues, savings strategies, consumer protection, and financial readiness concepts.

Responsabilités

• Provide financial counseling and education services to military spouses and families.
• Develop and deliver a video-series and training modules on topics such as TSP, retirement systems, college benefits, and deployment financial readiness.
• Conduct in-person or virtual briefings for deployments, seminars, and one-on-one counseling.
• Assist Dual-Status Technicians and traditional M-Day Service Members with the financial impacts of mobilizations and healthcare transitions.
