Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier seeks a Financial Manager to provide financial readiness counseling, education, and support to New Hampshire National Guard Service Members and their Families. This role develops personalized budgets, debt strategies, retirement planning, deployment finances, and long-term financial goals.

Responsibilities include delivering briefings, maintaining confidential records, and coordinating with NHNG leadership to promote financial readiness services across geographically dispersed

Qualifications

• CFP or CFA certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional financial planning or counseling experience.
• Eligibility to obtain government credentials and CAC background check.
• Strong presentation and counseling skills; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized financial counseling and education to Service Members and Families.
• Develop budgets, debt strategies, savings plans, and long-term goals.
• Advise on military pay, benefits, retirement, TSP, Social Security, and education benefits.
• Deliver financial readiness briefings for recruits, units, retirees, and other groups.
• Maintain confidential client records and comply with privacy rules.
• Coordinate with NHNG leadership to support holistic financial readiness.
