Job summary

Tigua Inc. seeks a Financial Project Manager Support to provide financial analytics for the United States Naval Observatory (USNO) Resources Management Department.

This role will support N-ERP processing, financial reporting, contract preparation, closeout, audit readiness, and budget reconciliation. Responsibilities include creating procurement packages, ensuring documentation completeness, data entry in N-ERP, and developing desk guides.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of senior-level Navy budget support experience.
• Working knowledge of DoD and DoN financial management regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Experience using N-ERP for DoD budget execution.
• Secret clearance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create, release, and track procurement packages for USNO projects while ensuring required business rules are followed.
• Ensure Key Supporting Documentation (KSD) is complete and accurate in N-ERP.
• Input financial transactions into N-ERP.
• Identify system issues that affect procurement processing or reconciliation between financial systems.
• Support audit-readiness efforts and policy/p SOP development for procurement.
