Arcadis is seeking a Financial Project Assistant to join our team in supporting project administration work for multiple project managers and operations in the Paramus, New Jersey Area. You will have regular interaction with the Project Controller and Finance Manager regarding contracts and project specific financials and metrics. This is an exciting opportunity for a self‑motivated individual to join our team locally with support from one of the best‑qualified consulting firms in the country. In this position you will work on project‑specific work, such as tracking progress of various projects, preparing reports regarding contracts for management use, monitoring project budgets and preparing and distributing routine correspondence related to the projects, for project teams simultaneously.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel. They should be highly motivated and demonstrate a drive to pursue continual innovative improvements in processes. Exceptional time management and organizational abilities are essential, with the capability to work effectively under time constraints, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously. Additionally, the candidate must exhibit excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Arcadis offers benefits for full‑time and part‑time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $50,976 - $76,464 per year. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
