About this role

OpenTrain is recruiting for a Financial Presentation Review Specialist to help improve AI systems through expert review and creation of high-quality financial presentation materials. You will reconstruct and enhance Microsoft PowerPoint slides, turn complex financial analysis and valuation results into clear investor-ready materials, and assess presentation drafts for accuracy, data integrity, readability, and persuasive communication.

What you will do

You will reconstruct and enhance PowerPoint slides to communicate complex financial data and insights clearly. You will design presentations using data visualization and visual storytelling techniques for financial audiences, review and refine financial communication materials against professional best practices, translate quantitative analysis and valuation results into investor-ready presentations, and evaluate presentation drafts while providing nuanced feedback on accuracy, messaging, and data integrity. You will collaborate asynchronously and deliver high-quality work aligned with project milestones.

Required skills

You should have advanced knowledge of financial analysis, modeling, and valuation methodologies, along with strong Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency and a portfolio of reconstructed or custom-designed presentations. The role requires the ability to create data visualizations and tell clear stories for financial audiences, excellent written communication, editorial judgment, critical thinking, and attention to detail. Relevant experience includes preparing investor materials, pitch decks, or board-level financial reports. A background in finance, investment banking, consulting, or a related professional field is valuable, as is the ability to work independently and provide detailed, constructive feedback.

Helpful background

Experience in investment banking, private equity or growth equity, hedge funds or asset management, transaction services or valuation, corporate finance, FP&A, investor relations, or financial presentation teams can be especially relevant. Familiarity with building pitch books or investment committee decks from start to finish is valuable for this work.
