WealthBridge Financial Group is seeking a proven financial advisor to step into a Market Leader role, leading a team while continuing personal client work. You will recruit, mentor, and shape a high‑performing culture to drive future growth, leveraging a firm with deep history and strong brand support.

You will balance leadership responsibilities with ongoing advisory activity, guiding strategic development and mentoring peers to elevate practices across the group.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available if not currently held).
• Authorization to work in the United States.
