This leadership position leverages the firm’s rich history and brand strength, offering both autonomy and structured support to scale advisory practices and drive long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with a strong interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term growth vision.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
