The successful candidate will leverage WealthBridge’s 175+ years of history, infrastructure, and brand strength to shape growth, recruit top advisors, and develop a leadership style aligned with their vision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with interest in mentoring and building high-performing teams.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term growth vision.
