WealthBridge Financial Group seeks a proven financial advisor to become Market Leader, leading a team of experienced advisors while continuing personal client work. This leadership role emphasizes mentorship, team development, and strategic growth within a firm with a long history.

You will recruit, coach, and guide advisors to elevate practices, fostering a high-performance culture and shaping future growth for WealthBridge. Authorization to work in the United States is required.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services with a growing personal practice.
• Active Life and Health License required.
• FINRA Series 6/7 and 63/66 licenses preferred (sponsorship available).
• Demonstrated success in client development, planning, and relationship management.
• Leadership ability with mentoring and team-building interests.
• Business-driven mindset with a long-term growth vision.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
