Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Life, Accident, and Health licenses and Variable Contracts or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Experience working in a client service environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong math and analytical skills.
• Good organization and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to communicate with all organizational levels.
• Process-oriented and able to work with a team.
• Strong computer and software skills.
• Valid U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirement.

Responsibilities

• Assist advisors in servicing clients, including preparing financial plans, conducting investment research, and completing trades and transactions
• Prepare and summarize client meetings by scheduling and confirming meetings, entering data into the contact manager, building agendas and meeting summaries, escorting clients to advisors, and providing follow-up
• Prepare and ensure successful submission of new business paperwork, including forms, signatures, documentation for the home office, insurance application tracking, and rollover coordination
• Prepare and coordinate marketing events, including marketing compliance documentation and event reimbursement management
• Perform administrative duties including answering advisors' phones, processing expense reports, preparing client correspondence, supporting closings, setting up client files, and handling new business correspondence and alerts
