Job summary

Jobtailor in Wisconsin seeks a detail-oriented client services assistant to support financial advisors, onboarding clients, and handling documentation. You will coordinate with advisors to streamline account openings and maintain accurate client records.

You will use Salesforce, Orion, and MoneyGuidePro to enter data, prepare reports, and support planning activities while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong communication with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 1+ year of work experience in client services.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn other software.
• Experience with Salesforce, Orion and MoneyGuidePro is a plus.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients and provide high level support.
• Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist advisors with opening accounts and sending required documents.
• Research and resolve account problems and missing documents.
• Identify errors and initiate corrective measures.
• Follow up and relay correct information to clients.
• Create, prepare and review daily client reports and presentations.
• Maintain client notes using Salesforce, Orion and MoneyGuidePro.
• Assist in financial planning by entering client data in MoneyGuidePro.
• Walk clients through account setup and review options in the client portal.
• Scan and organize documents.
• Schedule client meetings and calendar events.
• Execute daily tasks and notifications.
• Prepare correspondence and assist with mailing and client requests.
• Liaise between the Branch and Home Office on technology needs and projects.
• Assist with prospecting new clients via mailings and seminars.
• Follow firm policies and regulatory compliance guidelines.
• Perform administrative duties for Financial Advisors or branch manager.
• Provide backup support to other branch staff.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
