Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Insurance, or the Financial Industry.
• Two-year degree required (or equivalent work experience).

Responsibilities

• Manage workload, including customer service requests from financial professionals, Broker-Dealers, RIAs, Registered Reps, and IARs.
• Respond to and process requests by applying department knowledge while meeting quality and service levels (70%).
• Provide proactive communication using knowledge of carriers’ websites, products, and procedures.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through effective communication and interactions.
• Provide proactive customer service, education, and communication, including customized service and ownership as needed (25%).
• Ensure producers are aware of operational processes and changes.
• Deepen knowledge of carrier processes, procedures, and resources (5%).
• Apply knowledge of carrier websites, products, procedures, and resources while adhering to established metrics, guidelines, procedures, and regulations.
• Make appropriate decisions for financial professionals, customers, and TruChoice.
