Responsibilities

• Assist advisor in servicing clients including preparing financial plans and conducting investment research.
• Prepare and summarize client meetings; enter data, build agendas, and follow up.
• Coordinate new business paperwork and insurance applications; obtain signatures.
• Support for events and marketing activities with compliance documentation.
• Perform general administrative duties and client communications.
