About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead their finance function in East London . This senior role is responsible for all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting. You will play a key part in shaping the company's financial strategy, providing critical insights to senior leadership, and driving financial performance. The ideal candidate is a seasoned finance professional with strong analytical skills, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of financial modeling and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A function, overseeing the annual budgeting and long-term financial planning processes.
• Develop accurate and insightful financial forecasts, analyzing variances and identifying key performance drivers.
• Prepare comprehensive management reports, board presentations, and financial analyses to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements
