Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to lead enterprise-wide forecasting, budgeting, and strategic finance initiatives. You will oversee advanced modeling, long-range planning, and performance tracking to inform executive decision-making.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting/Economics (MBA preferred), 12+ years in FP&A, and strong leadership to mentor a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Oversee the consolidation of financial results and monitor performance against key metrics and targets.
• Direct long-range financial planning and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
• Manage relationships with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance for major business decisions.
• Develop and maintain financial governance and reporting frameworks that ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

The FP&A Senior Director provides strategic leadership for financial planning and analysis across the organization. This role drives the development of enterprise-wide forecasting, budgeting, and financial decision support to inform executive leadership and optimize business performance. Responsibilities include overseeing advanced financial modeling, long-range planning, performance tracking, and business insights that support company strategy.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, ora relatedfield.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration(MBA) or relatedfield stronglypreferred.
• Typically requires 12+ years ofprogressivelysenior financial planning and analysis experience.
• Proven experience in a leadership role managing financial strategies at a corporate or divisional level.

CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / REGISTRATIONS

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
• Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is an advantage.
