Job summary

CRC Group seeks an experienced FP&A Senior Director to lead enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. You will provide strategic insights to senior leadership and steer performance through KPI tracking and robust financial modeling.

In this role, you will oversee consolidation efforts, drive long-range planning, and mentor a high-performing FP&A team. A CPA is preferred, with an MBA highly valued for strategic analytics and leadership across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • MBA or related field preferred.
  • Typically requires 12+ years of progressively senior FP&A experience.
  • CPA preferred; CFA designation is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide FP&A planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership based on financial data analysis and market trends.
  • Oversee consolidation of financial results and monitor performance against key metrics and targets.
  • Direct long-range financial planning and scenario modeling to support strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.

The FP&A Senior Director provides strategic leadership for financial planning and analysis across the organization. This role drives the development of enterprise-wide forecasting, budgeting, and financial decision support to inform executive leadership and optimize business performance.
