Job Description
The Finance Manager in FP&A will play a critical role in overseeing the company's financial planning and analysis activities. This position involves providing forecasts, budgeting, and financial insights to senior leadership, driving performance through detailed financial modeling, process management, variance analysis, and strategic recommendations.
What You Will Be Doing
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and develop long-term financial forecasts.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with various departments to support strategic planning initiatives.
- Process Improvement: Implement and drive continuous improvement in financial reporting and analysis processes.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
What You Will Bring To The Team
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in CPG FP&A.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in financial modeling, excellent communication and presentation skills, and advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and financial reporting systems.
- Attributes: Meticulous, analytical thinker, and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
