POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our team. The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager will be an integral part of the new accounting and finance team to analyze and monitor the Company’s Financing Data, encompassing Revenue, CAPEX and OPEX.

This role is a full-time, on-site position based in Irvine, CA. Attendance in the office is required five days a week with no exceptions. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.

• Develop and manage monthly cash flow plans to ensure adequate liquidity and financial stability.

• Prepare and present financial reports to managements, highlighting key findings and actionable insights.

• Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures related to financial management, budgeting and accounting. Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.

• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance and optimize business processes.

• Support the evaluation of investment opportunities and strategic initiatives through financial analysis and modeling.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.

• Participate in ad hoc special projects for the team as needed.

• Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

• Bilingual (English & Korean)

• Expat experience is preferred

• 8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.

• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, etc.).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and see projects through to completion.

• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve overall business objectives.

• Strong analytical skills and a high capacity for conceptual thinking.
