POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our team. The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager will be an integral part of the new accounting and finance team to analyze and monitor the Company’s Financing Data, encompassing Revenue, CAPEX and OPEX.
This role is a full-time, on-site position based in Irvine, CA. Attendance in the office is required five days a week with no exceptions. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
Develop and manage monthly cash flow plans to ensure adequate liquidity and financial stability.
Prepare and present financial reports to managements, highlighting key findings and actionable insights.
Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures related to financial management, budgeting and accounting. Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance and optimize business processes.
Support the evaluation of investment opportunities and strategic initiatives through financial analysis and modeling.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
Participate in ad hoc special projects for the team as needed.
Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Bilingual (English & Korean)
Expat experience is preferred
8+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, etc.).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and see projects through to completion.
Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve overall business objectives.
Strong analytical skills and a high capacity for conceptual thinking.
