Job Overview

This role provides financial reporting and analysis to business segments and executive management, supporting strategic and tactical decision-making. The position involves working with senior management to develop, interpret, and implement financial and accounting strategies related to planning, budgeting, and forecasting, with a focus on driving business results.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Lead the development of the annual operating plan and quarterly forecasts.
2. Analyze performance to identify risks and opportunities, providing recommendations for improvement.
3. Lead and develop the financial analyst team.
4. Review and determine reporting and analysis needs, creating standard and ad hoc reports.
5. Prepare and coordinate corporate analysis requests and reporting packages.
6. Contribute to financial presentations for leadership.
7. Apply financial and economic concepts, including modeling, cash flow analysis, profitability, and KPIs.
8. Utilize analytical tools and visualization methodologies to present findings.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, HFM, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent working skills.
• Effective team collaboration.
• Excellent financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience with accounting principles, financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis across financial statements.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA, FPAC, or MBA preferred but not required.

Standard office environment.
