Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial performance reviews including variance analysis and forecasting.

• Support reporting and process improvements with the FP&A team.
• Participate in ad hoc financial analyses and strategic projects for Finance leadership.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Support monthly financial performance reviews, including variance analysis, forecasting, and identification of key business drivers
• Contribute to the 2028 enterprise planning and budgeting cycle, partnering with FP&A and business leaders to develop the annual plan
• Gain hands-on corporate development experience by supporting financial due diligence, acquisition modeling, valuation, and financial impact analysis for potential transactions
• Assist with financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic and investment decisions
• Partner with the FP&A team on reporting and process improvements, including opportunities to improve efficiency and financial insights
• Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects for Finance and business leadership

About You

The company is looking for:

• Currently enrolled as a rising Junior or Senior undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Finance or Accounting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and an interest in understanding key business drivers
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate financial information
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, take initiative, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis; experience with other Microsoft Office applications
• Interest in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, and mergers & acquisitions
