Job summary

Public Safety Financial, a division of Modern Wealth Management, is seeking an organized Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operational execution across client onboarding, account maintenance, and advisor support activities.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable with multiple systems, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, regulated financial services environment, in Mesa, AZ.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations within financial services or regulated industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to follow established procedures while exercising sound judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technology platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational workflows, including account openings, asset movements, service requests, and internal processing activities.
• Prepare and review paperwork to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to submission.
• Monitor operational requests and follow up with internal teams, custodians, and vendors as needed to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with firm policies and regulatory requirements.
• Partner closely with Advisors and Client Service Associates to execute client-related operational tasks.
• Assist with onboarding new clients by coordinating required documentation and internal approvals.
• Research and resolve operational issues, escalating complex matters when appropriate.
• Ensure timely follow-through and communication regarding client service requests and operational inquiries.
