Klemchuk PLLC is seeking a detail‑oriented finance and operations professional to strengthen the firm’s financial and operational foundation in our Dallas office. You will own billing, bookkeeping, and reporting while improving workflows and SOPs to scale the business.

The role combines financial stewardship with operational process design, requiring comfort with technology, accuracy, and collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–7 years of experience in financial operations, business operations, bookkeeping, or related roles.
• Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel, including formulas and reconciliation.
• Experience with billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and recurring financial reporting.
• Ability to read and interpret profit‑and‑loss statements and identify variances, discrepancies, and trends.
• Demonstrated experience improving workflows, documenting SOPs, or creating repeatable processes.
• Comfort learning and implementing new technology, systems, automation, and AI tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Own client billing, Clio Payments, payment application, and related workflows.
• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online, including reconciliations and month-end close.
• Manage accounts payable through Bill.com, including invoice routing, coding, approvals, and vendor records.
• Monitor accounts receivable, aging, collections activity, and outstanding client balances; surface issues.
• Prepare and verify daily deposit and trust‑transfer reports with proper handling of client and trust funds.
• Maintain accurate financial data across Clio, QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, banking, and related systems; resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with outside accounting, tax, banking, or other financial partners as needed.
• Coordinate selected projects across the firm and support leadership with financial data.
